Dear Sam, I wanted to take a few minutes to write to you and tell you how much my wife and I appreciated the excellent job you performed as our Real Estate salesperson in the recent sale of our house in Surrey. We both found you to be extremely dedicated and hardworking at all times, and you cheerfully provided extra assistance on several occasions. As my wife said, "That man really works hard". Your weekly advertising in the "Real Estate Weekly" was appreciated, as was the additional advertising that you did  to help sell the house. Your weekly Open Houses were also very much appreciated. Your professionalism was always evident, and we both found you to be honest and sincere in every way. Any promises made were always kept. You made no attempts to steer us in our decisions, and we always felt that you were truly working "for us". I have had several real estate salespeople work for me since the early 1980's, but you are definitely the best that I have had.
