in your home
page. You could use the existing message of a fictitious realtor in a
demo site as a guideline - it's up to you. Let us know by regular
mail, fax, or e-mail (See "Contact Us" page), or you may
use this handyform.

Decide
on your Internet
address (domain name)
You have two choices:
1. You may
contact one of the domain registering companies (such as register.com)
and obtain a name. The cost is approx. CAN$110 for 2 years plus $50
one-time set up fee with us. There will also be $5 per month added to
your monthly hosting fee.
2. Your
name could be an extension of one of our names - such as
www.info-realty.com/davejones or
www.realestate-bc.ca/davejones
There is no
cost for this. If, at a future date, decide to register your own
domain name, we will create a one-page web site with your previous
address and refer your visitors to the new one. There is no cost for
this service. |

 We'll
set up your home page and post it on the Internet under your
desired name, such as www.info-realty.com/davejones.
Once it's up we'll let you know. |

You'll
have a chance to view your home page and decide whether you like
to keep it as is, or make some changes. You are under no obligation
to order a website. |

Once
you are happy with your home page you pre-pay us for six months
hosting (you get the 7th month free) and we will proceed to complete
your web site. Please remember that this is only a pre-payment, not
anything extra. The six-month pre-payment is non-refundable. You may
wish to pre-pay for a longer period to receive bonus free months. |

us what you'd like to show in your personal profile.
You could use
the existing personal profile of the ficticious realtors or mortgage
brokers (Debbie Rosen, Don Haynes, Avril Lachance e.t.c. as a
guideline - it's up to you). Let us know by regular mail, fax, or
e-mail (See "Contact Us" page). If you have a personal
brochure, please send it or fax it to us. You can always change your
profile later. |

If the profile
is already in the system, you could leave it as is or change it. Let
us know by regular mail, fax, or e-mail (See "Contact Us"
page). If you have an office brochure, please send it or fax it to us
or we can copy your company's profile from their website. You can
